She is the co-founder of Imprints Academy. In her college and academy career, she has coached over 8,000 nurses.

Minnu Benny (M.H.A., B.Sc Nursing, Holy Family College of Nursing). Before co-founding Imprints Academy with Rose Ann, Minnu Benny was a college topper in her batch and a faculty member at Carmel College of Nursing, Aluva.
